General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Da Alois - Alpine Apartments

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the rental of apartments for accommodation as well as for all other related services and deliveries between Da Alois GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and the guest (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”).

2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the provider accepts the customer's booking request. The booking can be made in writing, by telephone, by email or via the online booking systems. By booking, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Prices and payment terms
All prices include VAT. Payment of the agreed price must be made in cash upon arrival at the latest or in advance by bank transfer. For bookings made via online booking platforms, the payment conditions specified there apply.

4. Cancellation and withdrawal
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel later or do not arrive, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing. Different cancellation conditions may apply for special offers and certain booking platforms.

5. Arrival and departure
The apartments are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-in is via a self-check-in system. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. An extension of the length of stay requires the consent of the provider.

6. Use of the apartments
The apartments may only be occupied by the number of people specified in the booking. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement and for a fee. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. The customer is liable for any damage caused by him or by persons invited by him.

7. Liability of the provider
The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. The provider assumes no liability for loss or damage to valuables unless there is a breach of traffic safety obligations.

8. Data protection
The provider processes the customer's personal data exclusively to process the booking and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy on our website.

9. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure events that make the fulfillment of the contract significantly more difficult or impossible, the provider is entitled to terminate the contract without obligation to pay compensation.

10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider. The law of the Republic of Austria applies.

11. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
