Construction work is expected to continue on the building next to our apartments until November 2025. The affected building is located directly next to ours, but our building and all its apartments are unaffected.

Because we want to be honest and transparent, please note that you may experience occasional construction noise Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. It is quiet in the evenings, at night, as well as on weekends and public holidays.

We're confident that, despite the construction work, you'll have a wonderful stay with us. The apartments are located on the side facing away from the construction site, so you'll barely notice it. Furthermore, the mountains, rivers, and surrounding nature offer plenty of peace and quiet.

Should the construction site unexpectedly pose a major problem for you, please contact us at any time. We will endeavor to find a fair and satisfactory solution for everyone involved –
